  • Every project begins with a conversation. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, budget, property conditions, and overall vision for the project. This allows our team to understand your needs and begin shaping a design approach that works for you. 

  • Our designers will develop layouts and preliminary concepts based on your goals and site conditions. This stage focuses on creating a functional design that aligns your desired use of the property. 

  • Once the overall concept is approved, we refine the plans and coordinate with necessary consultants such as structural engineers, civil engineers, and other specialists. The design becomes more detailed and ready for agency review. 

  • We’ll manage the submission of your project through the Maui County’s permitting system. We coordinate with multiple departments to move your project toward approval. 

  • Once permits are issued, our WMC Built Team can bring your project to life through our integrated construction services. Because our designers and builders work closely together, this design-build approach helps create a smoother process from design through construction.
